1.Credit Card: Supports Visa, MasterCard, JCB. In the last step of the checkout process, enter the cardholder's name, card number, and expiration date. After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the issuing bank's 3D Secure verification. Please enter the verification code received via SMS (or email) to confirm the successful payment. Once confirmed, you will see the order confirmation screen, and simultaneously, you will receive an order confirmation email. The payment status of the order will immediately be updated to "Paid."
2.ATM Transfer: You could see the bank account details during the checkout. Please use your mobile banking app or visit a physical ATM to make the transfer. Note that this method does not support counter transfers.
The maximum quantity for ordering a product
1.The maximum single transaction amount on our company website is NT$50,000. 2.The quantity available for purchase on our official website product pages is primarily determined by our internal inventory system. The product page will indicate "Low Stock" or "Out of Stock" based on the inventory status. Products with no available stock cannot be selected for purchase.

Order Information and Notices
No returns or exchanges will be provided for "sale" and "discount".Please carefully review the shopping instructions and product descriptions before making a purchase.
"If the local courier or postal service attempts multiple deliveries without success, and our customer service is unable to contact the recipient, some courier companies may no longer return the package. In such cases, we will not process any refunds, so please be aware. LAZYFISH reserves the right to accept or reject orders. Risk and Ownership
After we receive full payment for all amounts due regarding the product, including delivery fees or product delivery, ownership of the product will be transferred to you. Upon delivery of the product to the address you specified, you assume the related risks.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Contract Termination Rights:
1.You may exercise the right to return goods or terminate the contract within seven days after receiving the products, in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. (Customized products are not applicable)
2.According to the reasonable exception principle of the right to terminate distance transactions under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, the following products are non-returnable: Modified products using LAZYFISH online store modification services.
3.If there is an error in the shipment or defects occurring during the shipping process, we will provide return and exchange services: Upon receiving the goods, please promptly inspect the ordered products. In case of non-human factors causing damage, scratches, or packaging damage during transportation, you have a seven-day appreciation period. You can request a return or exchange within seven days (based on the date of receipt or postmark). If there is no immediate response within seven days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. The appreciation period is not the same as the trial period, and no return or exchange can be requested after trial without any identifiable defects.
4.If the reason for return or exchange can be attributed to our company, the replacement will be delivered by a logistics company designated by our company, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company. If the cost exceeds the amount specified for the designated logistics company, the consumer will be responsible for the additional cost.
5.If the product is damaged during transportation, please report it directly to the delivery personnel and be sure to take photos for documentation to safeguard your rights. For clothing and accessory products,

Return and Exchange Procedure:
If you receive defective or damaged goods, please proactively notify us via email or official social media channels immediately. Provide your name, contact number, order number, and the return/exchange number. A dedicated representative will promptly contact you with instructions on returning the item. For exchanges, please ensure the returned item is in its original condition upon receipt (including the product, accessories, packaging box, shipping invoice, etc.). Pack it securely and return it to the designated address provided by our customer service team using express or courier services. We will process the exchange or refund promptly.

Terms and Conditions:
1.If the product has been unpacked and shows no defects or damages, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2.The entire pair of custom-made fins is a customized product. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal ordering errors (including size, color, style, and hardness choices).
3.Products offered at special promotional prices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4.Our products often consist of limited quantities, unique, or limited edition items. In the event that multiple customers select the same product but we have limited stock or only one item remaining, we reserve the right to prioritize the customer with the earliest order. Please be aware and understanding of this policy.
5.The color presentation of web page products may vary due to the use of different brand screens and varying resolutions. Please consider the actual product color as accurate, and any differences cannot be considered as defects.
6.Rubber foot pocket are not LAZYFISH branded, and the purchase of the entire pair of custom-made = fins is a customized service. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges (in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act).
7.When purchasing the entire pair of custom-made fins, a slight residual glue from assembly is considered a normal phenomenon and cannot be considered a defect.
8.For Pathos rubber foot pocket, the rubber edge and white scrub marks due to the manufacturing process are normal phenomena and cannot be considered as defects.
9.Regarding the translucent explanation of the tail end of the bare carbon blades: Gaps may be easily noticed between the woven patterns of fiber. In ample light, these gaps may appear translucent. This translucency is a normal weaving phenomenon of the material and does not fall within the scope of defects for replacement.
Warranty and Maintenance Policy:
1.Defects in the carbon fiber structure typically occur during the first and second dives. It is recommended to record a video during the initial two dives for documentation purposes (to protect consumer rights).
2.Customized fin products: In the case of a structural breakage within the warranty period of 1 year due to product defects, we offer free repair services, with customers responsible for shipping costs.
3.Customized fin products: In the case of a structural breakage within the warranty period of 1 year due to human factors, disasters, or abnormal usage, repair or replacement costs may be incurred based on the extent of the damage. Any associated costs will be assessed and communicated in advance. (This policy applies only when used with Pathos/Problue foot pockets; it is not applicable when using Swing foot pockets). Please note that a valid original purchase receipt and a video record of usage within the last 3 months are required, and eligibility for special discounts on fin products will be determined by the company's assessment results.
Under the warranty, if the product breaks under normal usage, and we provide a replacement or perform repairs using the carbon fiber blade and original accessories produced by FuZhen excerise Co., Ltd. (excluding rubber foot pocket accessories) within the warranty period, and if there is a subsequent breakage or damage, we will no longer provide warranty and repair services, as well as the LAZYFISH Lazy Club membership card.
4.The above provisions do not apply to second-hand goods. This content is only applicable to brand-new products purchased on the official website or from authorized retailer stores.
Abnormal Usage Conditions: Colliding with pool walls, pool bottoms, seabeds, sharp objects, reefs, improper external force impacts, kicking like bicycles, bending angles beyond the normal bending curve (referring to the normal curve appearing in the concave folding of the fins; please refer to the official website product page illustration for clarification).
Normal Usage Conditions: In cases where conditions other than the aforementioned "Abnormal Usage Conditions" occur, compensation will be provided by the company upon the consumer's description and explanation. If proof-of-use videos cannot be provided, compensation will be determined based on our evaluation standards.

After each dive, please rinse with clean water and avoid using sponges or brushes on the bare board, as it may cause scratches on the surface (affecting aesthetics but not usability). Keep the water temperature below 40 degrees Celsius. After washing, air dry naturally or use a low-temperature dryer. (Refer to the washing instructions on the product label for special fabrics.)
Avoid using fabric softeners to prevent a decrease in fabric absorbency. If oil stains are present, soak and rinse immediately to prolong the fabric's lifespan.
If ironing is necessary, it is recommended to use a temperature of 100-120 degrees Celsius. Please be cautious during the ironing process to avoid excessive heat, which can lead to fabric stiffening and damage."
The warranty period for LAZYFISH carbon fiber fins is one year. For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy.
1.For custom-made products, maintenance services are still available after the warranty period expires. However, the cost for repairs will be quoted based on the extent of damage and repair conditions.
